Conflict Strikes

It may not always be possible, but we pursue peace…by praying, by searching for God’s perspective, and by living in forgiveness. We do our best to honor people and the process that God has given…and then we trust God with the results.

Scripture References: 2 Corinthians 7:8-11

From Series: "Waging Peace"

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called the sons of God.” ~ Jesus (Matt. 5:9) Our world is one of conflict, division, and violence. Our nation is being torn apart before our eyes. We’re at a boiling point and we long for peace. But how can we find it? How can we promote it? The answer lies in the Church: “God…reconciled us to Himself through Christ, and gave us the ministry of reconciliation (2 Cor. 5:18).” In this sermon series by Dr. Jim Mann, we will discover the art of “waging peace,” how it will bless our own lives and relationships, and ultimately change the world. “Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts (Col. 3:15).”
