CloseGod calls us to move forward, but He never asks us to do it alone. This message from Joshua 1 and 3-4 reminds us that our journey of faith is built on both following where He leads and remembering His past faithfulness. We have seen His goodness before, and we trust that He is guiding us now. As we step into new seasons, we do so with confidence, knowing His promises remain and His presence goes before us. Together, we follow, we remember, and we move forward in faith.

Who has not gone through a change in life? These are when we are tossed into a new season that contains uncertainty and risk, such as a new job, a move, the loss of a friendship, the addition of a new baby, navigating the uncharted waters of retirement, and so on. Life, by its very definition, is about transitions from one season to the next. However, most of us hate change unless we are the ones who are making the change, which doesn’t happen very often. So, how can we, as followers of Jesus, handle change and transitions in life by not simply surviving but thriving in and through it? During this series, in Joshua 1-5, we will find a few principles that will inspire and impact us all in our next seasons as individuals and as a church body. We look forward to seeing you here as we go onward into what the Lord has for us.
