Paul was an influencer. Obviously, he preached and wrote to churches to influence them in their spiritual growth. When he met people, he influenced them with the gospel message. Paul was able to do this because he believed in them. He trusted God in them. He expected the Holy Spirit to work in them…and that is exactly what happened.
