Where Is He?

Searching

Today we look back over 2,000 years and see 2.4 billion Christians in the world who followed the magi who bowed down to worship Jesus. But 69% of our planet remains lost in their sins! Next Christmas, when you see a nativity scene, look at the wise men and remember their question: “Where is he who has been born king of the Jews? For we saw his star at its rising and have come to worship him.”” (Matthew 2:2, CSB) These three wise men represent you and me. Though we are not Jews. Though we are far off. Though we did not ask. Though we did not seek him. He died for our sins. And “…everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” (Romans 10:13, CSB) Amen!

Scripture References: Matthew 2:1-15

From Series: "Searching"

We live in an information age, where the unknown is unacceptable. Just Google it. But ironically, we tend to avoid the “big” questions in life. This sermon series asks the big, unavoidable questions the Bible asks us. The answers will change your life and they way you view the world.
