Binding and loosing isn’t necessarily hollering at the Devil or for that matter even a prayer. Paul and Silas’ righteous action that night with the jailer bound suicide, bound unrighteousness, bound despair, bound sorrow. At the same moment they loosed righteousness and peace and joy. Salvation! That day, the gates of hell were attacked. And Satan lost another family to the Kingdom of God.
